Once a project is awarded to AltaStream, the process starts with a project kick-off meeting where all team members of the project participate in conjunction with our client. The focus of this meeting is to understand the client requirements and provide commitment for the success of the project.
The project manager then prepares a project management plan that defines the relevant deliverables and the metrics for the project. This plan also identifies clear guidelines for successful completion of each stage of the project as well as the overall project itself. This plan is reviewed and approved with the client to ensure that both parties have the correct understanding of the project and its deliverables.
Our Systems Integration Life Cycle (SILC) is our process to deliver a completely integrated solution to our customer. Our systems integration approach ensures that a customer gets what they want, when they want and on budget.
